Complaints procedure

1. Real estate agency BONO REAL means BONO REAL, spol. s.r.o., Koprivnická 11, Bratislava 841 02, Company ID: 46 367 896, Registered in the Commercial Register of Bratislava I, Section: Sro, File number: 76164/B, mobile: 0910 933 556, e-mail: info@bonoreal.sk
2. Client means any natural or legal person to whom the real estate agency BONO REAL, spol. s.r.o. provides real estate services. If the client considers that the services provided by the real estate agency BONO REAL, spol. s.r.o. are unsatisfactory or has other reservations about the execution of the business case, he is entitled to apply these reservations (hereinafter referred to as "complaints") to the real estate agency BONO REAL, spol. s.r.o.
3. The client shall submit any complaints (oral/written) to the real estate agency in which the services were provided, BONO REAL, spol. s.r.o., Koprivnická 11, Bratislava 841 02
4. In the event of a verbal complaint from the customer, BONO REAL, spol. s.r.o. guarantees that it will respond to the complaint within 48 hours of its receipt, while the complaint will be reviewed and resolved immediately after its delivery, no later than within ten working days. BONO REAL, spol. s.r.o. draws up a Complaint Protocol.
5. The real estate agency BONO REAL, spol. s.r.o. draws up a complaint protocol with the client for each complaint that is made to it. The complaint protocol form is available for download in electronic form on the website of BONO REAL, spol. s.r.o., namely www.bonoreal.sk
6. The client has the right to a copy of the complaint report.
7. Based on the complaint protocol, the complaint will be handled by the manager of BONO REAL, spol. s.r.o., whose services the client is complaining about.
8. Each complaint is handled without undue delay and no later than ten working days, and the client is immediately informed of the outcome of the complaint procedure.
9. The real estate agency BONO REAL, spol. s.r.o. may recognize the complaint as justified or unjustified.
10. If the complaint is accepted, the client is entitled to free correction of the condition that arose as a result of the complained service, or, if applicable, a discount on the price of the services provided. This does not affect the legal possibility of claiming compensation for proven damage through court proceedings. If the real estate agency BONO REAL, spol. s.r.o. recognizes the complaint as justified, it will carry out actions at its own expense to eliminate the undesirable condition and provide compensation to the client. Compensation is understood primarily as a possible discount on the real estate services provided. The real estate agency BONO REAL, spol. s.r.o. will create a copy of the complaint protocol, including information on the handling of the complaint.
11. Unacknowledged complaints entitle the client to submit a request for re-examination of the validity of the complaint to the company's manager, who will re-assess the complaint and notify the client of his decision without delay.
12. Based on the findings made from the complaint protocols, the real estate agency BONO REAL, spol. s.r.o. draws conclusions, establishes methods, guidelines and gives instructions in order to prevent the occurrence of any further complaints.
13. In the event of the client's dissatisfaction with the above-described method of resolving his complaint, the client may contact the relevant state administration authorities of the Slovak Republic with an appeal against the decision of the manager of BONO REAL, spol. s.r.o., where the implementation of the complaint will be re-examined.
14. The client has the right to file complaints about a real estate agency with the Association of Real Estate Agencies of the Slovak Republic, whose supervisory board resolves client complaints regarding real estate agencies.
15. Every complaint made regarding real estate services provided by BONO REAL, spol. s.r.o. is subject to the above-described complaints procedure system and quality management rules within BONO REAL, spol. s.r.o.
16. The management of BONO REAL, spol. s.r.o. evaluates each received complaint and takes appropriate measures to remedy the specific complaint, including the methodology of system management in the interest of protecting clients and further increasing the scope, level and quality of services provided under the quality brand BONO REAL, spol. s.r.o. (handling any complaint within a time frame of ten working days from the date of detection).
17. Real estate agency BONO REAL, spol. s.r.o. ensures the protection of the personal data provided by clients in accordance with the legal regulations of the Slovak Republic, mainly in accordance with Act 428/2002 Coll. on the Protection of Personal Data, as amended.
18. This complaint procedure comes into effect on October 6, 2011. This complaint procedure may only be changed by BONO REAL, spol. s.r.o.
